ColemanVision: Financing Plans, LASIK Payment Options

Your health or vision plan may offer reduced fees for laser vision correction. Please inquire about pricing for these plans if you are a member. Following surgery patients are automatically enrolled in the ColemanVision Lifetime Commitment to Quality Vision™ program.

Option A: Pay in Full

Payment in full is due on the day of your procedure and can be paid by cash, personal check, cashier's check, or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

Option B: Care Credit Interest Free "Same As Cash"

There is no initial payment required.

You can pay for your procedure over 6-24 months with no interest.

Tax Deduction Benefit:

If you itemize your tax return, LASIK can be tax deductible. Check with your tax expert for details.

Flex Plan:

If your employer has a flex or cafeteria plan, you can put money away and use pre-tax money for LASIK.
