ColemanVision Lifetime Commitment to Quality Vision™

Enrollment in the ColemanVision Lifetime Commitment to Quality Vision™ program is automatic following completion of your laser procedure. A card will be given to you as a permanent record of the date and type of your procedure.

To maintain eligibility, you must agree to keep the follow-up office visits after your laser procedure as recommended by either Dr. Coleman or your primary eyecare doctor. The total number of actual visits will vary from patient to patient but will be clearly outlined for you at the completion of your procedure.

Over the course of your lifetime, if an additional procedure or enhancement is necessary, it will be performed at no additional cost to you. There will also be no additional cost for the actual office visits or for any eye drops used following your enhancement.

The ultimate decision as to whether or not an enhancement is performed is made by Dr. Coleman, with consideration given to both your level of satisfaction with your new vision as well as to the evaluation by your primary eyecare doctor if indicated. The single most important factor guiding this decision is the health of your eye and whether or not it is safe to proceed with an enhancement. This decision is always made on an individual basis after thorough testing and informed discussion.
