Enrollment in the Coleman Vision Lifetime Commitment to Quality Vision program is automatic following completion of your laser procedure. A card will be given to you as a permanent record of the date and type of procedure.

Over the course of your lifetime, if an enhancement is necessary, it will be performed at no additional cost to you. Patients are only responsible for additional costs associated with an enhancement. These typically include a general eye exam as well as post-operative appointments with a primary eye care physician. Coleman Vision does not provide routine eye care.

The ultimate decision to perform an enhancement is made by Dr. Coleman after a thorough evaluation of your present condition as well as the data regarding your eye examination. Not all patients qualify for an enhancement and this decision is always made on an individual basis.
